A Symphony of Taste and Design Amante Aperitivo’s Launch Journey

Amante is a boundary-breaking, versatile, and distinctive new aperitivo. Stephen Gould was invited to join as a creative collaborator, assisting in bringing the brand from concept to launch and beyond. From producing custom glass bottles for the actual product to sourcing materials for custom brand items, we simplified production, manufacturing, and design processes for the client so that the brand could come vibrantly to life.

The Challenge

Stephen Gould collaborated closely with Amante’s design agency to ensure that their creative designs were manufacturable and feasible, maintaining consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints. Despite the challenge posed by the diverse range of promotional items, such as glass bottles and custom packaging, we successfully ensured that consistent brand colors were represented. Our collaborative efforts and expertise were instrumental in achieving color uniformity. Furthermore, creating a custom glass bottle involved several meticulous steps, from initial design rendering to prototyping, testing for filling compatibility, and mass production, each requiring meticulous attention to detail.

The Solution

In collaboration with Amante’s design agency, we refined and adapted their designs for manufacturing feasibility. Utilizing technical drawings, 3D prototypes, and adjustments, we ensured that production requirements were met while maintaining brand consistency. Coordinating with four different suppliers for various project components, including promotional items and glass production, was essential. This high-touch coordination ensured color consistency and effective quality management. Finally, the development of our custom glass bottle involved multiple iterations, including prototyping, testing, and mass production, to meet both design and filling compatibility criteria.
