Jake Satz from our El Segundo office teamed up with our client, TJD, to develop the TD Nursing Kit—a comprehensive starter kit designed specifically for new nursing students. With twelve essential items, the kit is crafted to meet the unique needs of emerging healthcare professionals, supporting TJD’s efforts to break into a new market.
TJD initially faced setbacks with their original manufacturer, which stalled progress on the TD Nursing Kit. Jake quickly resolved the situation through strong communication and decisive action. By requesting a detailed list of the kit’s components, he leveraged resources in China to deliver the final product within just three weeks. Jake streamlined the entire process by consolidating tasks with a single vendor who handled everything—from silk-screening the logo to assembling components and completing the final kitting.
