Michael has provided irreplaceable leadership for Stephen Gould for nearly half a century. He has taken on numerous roles and responsibilities over the years and his vision and expertise were instrumental in growing the company to nearly three-quarters of a billion in sales today. A proud alumnus of Bowling Green State University, Michael continues to mentor business school students at his alma mater. In 2016, he was inducted into the university’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Hall of Fame. Michael is also a long-time supporter of equestrian sports. His horse, Gem Twist, is considered one of the greatest show jumping horses of all time, winning numerous championships and Olympic medals.
Representing the third generation of Golden family leadership, Justin takes special pride in how the company continues to be a family business in the truest sense of the word. In his role as President, Justin is focused on connecting the company’s past to its present and future, embracing growth and innovation while fostering Stephen Gould’s distinct culture and way of working. Justin is also an active participant and fundraiser for local charities and causes, including the River Fund, where he sits on the Board of Directors. In his free time, Justin enjoys unwinding with family and following Premier League football — he is a die hard Liverpool fan.

John began his career at Stephen Gould as a teenager, working summers alongside his brother Michael, in the Bayonne warehouse operation. Since graduating from University of Colorado he has held numerous roles in the company and influenced nearly every aspect of Stephen Gould’s culture. John moved into executive leadership in the early 1980s, working with his family and first generation leaders to transform Stephen Gould into a diverse and truly global operation. Fueled by dedication to family enterprise and love of adventure, John is grateful to have studied under Stephen Gould’s early leaders and pass that knowledge along to succeeding generations. Always in search of the next horizon, John and his wife Marcy enjoy blue water sailing and the company of Rachel, Matt and their sons.
A CPA, Kim started her career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she served multiple Fortune 50 companies and honed her expertise in audit services for multinational companies. Kim later moved on to Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, where she rose to become the Director of International Finance and Accounting, overseeing a team on three continents and leading expansion into new markets. Since arriving at Stephen Gould, Kim has built out a new finance team structure and works closely with the executive team on strategies for change management and streamlining financial policies. A passionate philanthropist, Kim frequently volunteers and coordinates charitable giving on behalf of a local non-profit that supports under-resourced mothers in her community.
Anthony arrived at Stephen Gould in 1993, serving first as Controller before taking the role of Chief Financial Officer, which he has held for nearly two decades. Anthony is known for his active leadership and eagerness to roll up his sleeves and work collaboratively. Anthony has been integral in shaping Stephen Gould’s culture, his passion evident in the care he shows for people and the way he goes about his work. Seeing the company grow during his tenure has been a source of joy for Anthony and spurs him to keep seeking out new challenges in and out of the office.

Bringing a wealth of experience in finance, operations, and leadership, Peter advises Stephen Gould in building infrastructure to meet strategic plans and goals. He was a founding member of the investment team at Hilltop Opportunity Partners, a merchant banking business launched by Dallas-based Hilltop Holdings. He also worked in private equity as a VP at Argenta Partners, following stints at Rabobank and JPMorgan, where he was based in Argentina and Chile. A board member and consultant for companies in various industries, Peter is the founder of ASimpleModel.com, a web-based resource that makes financial modeling accessible and affordable. A lifelong competitor and athlete, Peter rowed crew while at UPenn and was a member of the U.S. Junior Rowing Team.
Dahna comes to Stephen Gould with fourteen years of executive leadership experience in HR, including Compensation and Benefits, Inclusion and Diversity, and Talent Acquisition at Honeywell. A graduate of Rutgers University, she is passionate about developing organizational cultures that genuinely value people and providing resources that support managers and employees in becoming the best versions of themselves. Dahna has been recognized by Business Insurance in their annual Women To Watch list and was a Division 1 scholarship athlete. A proud mother of two, she is inspired by Stephen Gould’s culture that values family life as an essential ingredient in the creativity and success of its team members.

He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), where he developed auditing expertise before moving to China to serve as a finance leader for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC). After a stint based in Shanghai, China, Paul returned stateside to lead the finance and accounting functions for various organizations, including, most recently, Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment (HBSE), the sports and entertainment conglomerate that includes the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils. Paul leads all financial functions across Stephen Gould, including reporting, accounting standards and practices, financial compliance, financial planning & analysis, and corporate processing oversight. In his free time, Paul can be found bonding with his family — either watching the NJ Devils, attending his children’s sports games, or just relaxing together.

Drawing upon his 20+ years of experience leading companies through a rapidly changing technology landscape, Tony leads Stephen Gould’s technology function, establishes its IT strategy, and, in partnership with the full leadership team, executes plans to allow for continued growth and innovation. Tony has spent much of his career supporting supply chain teams and has a proven track record of optimizing operational costs while maintaining organizational excellence. He most recently served as Head of Digital Enablement and Intelligent Automation at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he led a team of more than 400 FTEs to drive digital transformation, consolidate systems and oversee enterprise applications. Tony received both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Ken has been practicing law in New York and New Jersey since 1982 and brings a wealth of experience in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate partnerships. As a partner at nationally recognized firm Drinker Biddle & Reath, he was an integral advisor for Stephen Gould for nearly twenty years, during which time he became a founding member of the company board. In 2017, he came in-house as Chief Legal Counsel, in no small part due to Stephen Gould’s culture and dedication to employee development. A proud father and grandfather, Ken has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and is passionate about tackling challenges and anticipating potential risks so that the company can continue to thrive.

Her illustrious career spanned across three decades with 3M, where she most recently served as SVP and Chief Procurement Officer. In this role, Debora’s strategic actions helped the company realize seven-figure savings. As SG looks for continued growth and expansion opportunities, Debora’s experience across several industries and significant exposure to markets in the US and Asia Pacific will be paramount.

A technology savant, Randy will play an integral role in Stephen Gould’s digital acceleration as it looks to introduce new technology to enhance customer experience and simplify day-to-day tasks. Randy is a CIO Advisor in Residence for Ernst & Young and has over 44 years of experience in the IT industry, 28 of them as a Global Chief Information Officer for General Motors, Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Wal-Mart. He started his career at Wal-Mart where he pioneered the retailer’s merchandising, replenishment and distribution technologies, and led the implementation of the company’s worldwide distribution systems.
Roger is a global leader with a proven track record for scaling businesses, market expansion, talent development, and corporate governance. His nearly four decades of senior-level experience at Deloitte will help define Stephen Gould’s path forward as it explores growth opportunities. Roger currently serves on the board of publicly traded Blackbaud, Freeman Company, and Priority 1 Holdings. He is also Board of Trustees chair of the University of South Carolina Business Partnership Foundation.
Larry affords Stephen Gould extensive experience in operations, business leadership, operational productivity and customer service. As President and Chief Executive Officer of RelaDyne, he drives the company’s transformational business strategy from an independently run distribution business to an integrated U.S. branch network of lubricant, fuel, and reliability service supply.

Randy is a CIO Advisor in Residence for Ernst & Young and has over 44 years of experience in the IT industry, 28 of them as a Global Chief Information Officer for General Motors, Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Wal-Mart. He started his career at Wal-Mart where he pioneered the retailer’s merchandising, replenishment and distribution technologies, and led the implementation of the company’s worldwide distribution systems.

His nearly four decades of senior-level experience at Deloitte will help define Stephen Gould’s path forward as it explores growth opportunities. Roger currently serves on the board of publicly traded Blackbaud, Freeman Company, and Priority 1 Holdings. He is also Board of Trustees chair of the University of South Carolina Business Partnership Foundation.
