Sugarwish, a popular online gift-giving company, needed versatile and eye-catching packaging to accommodate their expanding product lines. Originally focused on candies and gourmet snacks, they now offer dog treats, coffee, and wine as well. Stephen Gould began working with Sugarwish four years ago, evolving from a local connection to providing fully integrated packaging solutions that support their rapid growth. The Challange

When Brad Hartt, based in our Colorado office, first engaged with Sugarwish, the company’s original packaging struggled to keep up with increasing demand and product diversity. As Sugarwish expanded into new markets, the challenge of maintaining a consistent yet flexible packaging design across diverse product lines grew. Each new product required packaging that not only captured the fun and vibrant spirit of the brand but also remained cost-effective and operationally efficient.

The Solution

Brad collaborated closely with Sugarwish’s owners, their production team and our Shenzhen team to create versatile packaging for products ranging from candies and dog treats to succulents and wine. Through countless iterations and rigorous testing, they delivered customized solutions that maintained consistent branding and quality, redesigned universal packaging for multiple items, optimized production locally and overseas, integrated smart labels for automated shipping, and developed festive seasonal packaging for holidays like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Halloween.
